Elena Palla has been in the company from Day 1 and is responsibile for all the marketing, corporate communication and business development activities. She manages the full pre-qualification process with all the major oil and gas operators and EPC's, as well as the global rep network, entering new markets, integration of MIR VALVE offices and operations internationally and all the relevant marketing tools, trainings, exhibitions and events. She is based in our Rep Office in Milan, Italy.

Elena has 20 years experience in ball valve manufacturing; prior to MIR VALVE she has worked for four years in procurement, bidding and contract managment for a ball valve manufacturer in Greece, and prior to that she has worked for five years in marketing with leading manufacturing groups of industrial equipment for the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industry in Germany.
